Exacting Sciences and Liability thereof. Please understand that Computer Technologies are a growing Science both via Software and Hardware. Programs and Internet Solutions acquired several years ago may not be functional on today's systems. As is true that Modern Programs and Internet Solutions may not be functional on Hardware acquired several years ago. unu2 multimedia does not guarantee the functionality of custom built Programs or Internet Solutions for over 1 year past the original creation date unless updates have been requested and performed. unu2 multimedia does not guarantee the functionality of custom built Programs or Internet Solutions when viewed on Systems older than 1999 or while running on faulty or low capacity Hardware.
Retainer Fees. unu2 multimedia offers two types of Retainer Fees. A "Basic" Retainer ($500 USD), for individuals. And a "Corporate" Retainer ($1,500 USD), for larger companies with 2 or more employees. A Basic Retainer enables only the person listed to Tech Support while the Corporate Retainer allows for any employee of that listed company to Tech Support. This one time, non refundable retainer fee never expires and entitles you to Free Tech Support via Telephone or Email for any Technical or correlating intellectual issue. While other companies will charge you for every minute of Tech Support, we understand the need for knowledge and the new questions that will arise with every new level of understanding. As a Member, you will also receive a private Member's Page at unu2.com. From this page you will be able to view your project status, print and view work orders and your billing history, make fast and easy payments and request new services or modify your current services instantly. We do this in order to devote the proper amount of time and attention to each client and project, while continuing to offer support for our clients whose projects are already done.
Payments and Refunds. It is expected that 50% of the grand total for any project be paid before the start of the project. The remainder 50% of the grand total is expected upon the completion of the project. Though we do not use "late fees", the status of your website or program may remain "under construction" until the final payment is received. If a payment is delinquent for over 30 days, your site or project may be terminated in order to keep up our current production times. No refunds are offered for services produced nor for retainer fees unless the product purchased does not qualify or function under our Exacting Sciences guidelines as stated above. If your production doesn't work upon delivery under our Exacting Sciences guidelines you will receive a 100% Refund of your payment.
Hosting and Security. unu2 multimedia does not guarantee the longevity of your DATA, however, we do create a Back-up copy of your DATA after it is completed. If your website is Hosted on our servers we offer 128 bit encryption and custom encryption for your pages if requested. If your website is Hosted on another server aside from ours the liability falls between you and them. Hosting accounts that have a delinquent payment for over 30 days may be removed and deleted. Any DATA lost may not be recovered by unu2 multimedia nor are we responsible for any reconstruction fees thereof.
Privacy Policy. unu2 multimedia is an Anti-Spam Establishment. Your private information such as your name, email or anything else received by unu2 multimedia will never be sold nor traded to any third entity. Furthermore, entities requesting such demographic transactions will be reported to the proper authorities. The only time that we will offer your personal information is if your content violates our Content Limitations Policy (see below).
Content Limitations Policy. unu2 multimedia will not censor your content unless it falls under one of these two subjects. Any content regarding child abuse or murder will be reported immediately and your private information will be offered to the proper authorities. Adult Content (Nudity) and Political Views or Radical Concepts are acceptable and will not be censored. Sites that decide to host Adult Content must do so on their own accords and under their own restrictions and terms of use.
Watermarks and Removals. unu2 multimedia requires that our "Linked" Watermark stay at the bottom of every production created. Watermarks may be removed by purchasing a "Watermark Removal" receipt. Prices are based on web traffic or display views and may range from $1 USD and up. To inquire about removing our Watermark and to receive a quote, simply send us a message and we will reply shortly. Watermarks removed without permission of unu2 multimedia will result in a billing for $5,000 USD and may result in Legal Ramifications for breach of policy.

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold unu2 harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against unu2, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns.
